MyGDMoving is a free app created in collaboration with the inter-association Diabetes and Pregnancy and Physical Activity Study Groups SID (Italian Society of Diabetology) and AMD (Association of Diabetologists). The app is designed for pregnant women with diabetes to illustrate the benefits associated with appropriate physical activity during pregnancy.

Contains the IPAQ questionnaire (International Physical Activity Questionnaire) relating to the assessment of physical activity in pregnancy.

All the information entered can be shared with the referring diabetologist.
